Cons The straps are a little difficult to tighten around the front wheels of the power chair, but no major problem. |
Service & Delivery Delivery man was courteous and delivered right to my door, called ahead to schedule. |

Loading the chair onto the lift is a bit tough as the lift sits about two inches off the ground. So, getting it on straight is a bit of a problem. |

Thank you for your feedback. We have sent a drop down hitch to resolve this problem. A properly fitted vehicle lift will reach the ground and the customer should never have to struggle with loading their scooter or power chair. We apologize for the difficulties you had. |

My wife has a power chair and with the lift it is not as hard to take her to the store and let her do some of the shopping on her own. Before the lift she was unable to do this. |
