A Little About Myself One with a leg lift need |
Pros Fits my body; is comfortable; when I sleep in it it’s restful; the upholstery is lovely; I can read and watch tv in it satisfactorily |
Cons The installer had trouble with screwing in screws and he said he might have to come back with different screws |

A Little About Myself Have severe back arthritis, Parkinson's, torn rotator cuff, And need knee replacement surgery |
Pros Just the right leg height, width, everything! Every other recliner I've tried out for years my feet didn't sit flat on the floor when lowering and raising myself; I've not used the lift yet because the height is perfect. Perfect for a quick nap because I can get my feet up to avoid swelling. |
Cons My children were sure I'd made a mistake ordering something so expensive without trying it first; I was also apprehensive ordering without seeing or trying one out, but following measuring instructions was easy and worked perfectly. |
Service & Delivery Fine. It was very easy for my daughter and son-in-law to hook up the heat and vibration and put the chair together; probably 10-15 min. |
Even our Medical mobility supply stores had nothing in stock to see and try ~ they need to consider doing so!!! |

Pros sized perfectly for petites; vinyl material easy to clean, looks nice. |
Cons fold in middle of seat cushion that couldn't be smoothed but we decided we could live with that. |
We loved just about everything about the chair until last week; we had purchased the chair in March, and received it in April as an early Mothers Day gift for my mom. Last Wednesday evening, she had fallen asleep in the chair and woke up on the floor. It had elevated to the highest position and stuck there. We had not purchased the extended warranty, because of a tight budget. Now we are having to pay for service repair. I would not recommend purchase without the extended warranty, so be prepared to add that to your budget for this chair. |

We are very sorry to hear this. We agree with your position and strongly recommend that those purchasing lift chairs take advantage of the Extended Warranty options. They are very inexpensive when considering the cost of a service call. Many of our customers opt for our AmeriGlide Lift Chairs, which are all a little more affordable (but of the same quality) and can leave room in the budget for warranties and accessories. Again, we do apologize for the poor timing of this issue and hope that it is resolved as soon as possible. |

I got this for my 97-year old mother because she has arthritis in both knees and just tore muscles and ligaments in both shoulders. It was very painful for her to get out of her other lounger or any other chair. This great product helps her to continue to live independently . |
