The AmeriGlide Rave is an ultra-compact stair lift designed to make restoring accessibility to your multi-level home as convenient and easy as possible! The lift unit takes up only slightly more than 11 inches when folded, allowing able-bodied housemates and guests optimal access to the stairs. The AmeriGlide Rave is built for durability, with a tough all-metal case construction that withstands normal wear-and-tear far better than other comparable stair lift brands. The powerful worm-rack system can safely transport up to 350 pounds of user weight, and an adjustable-height padded seat with durable folding arms ensures that you will remain comfortable during transit - the seat measures in at 19.5 inches wide and 14 inches deep.

Pros My wife became semi handicapped with quadruple bypass and stroke. She now has full access to entire house. Our sleeping bedroom is on second floor and kitchen dining area on first floor. I installed it myself with the help of a friend in less than 4 hours. It came with easy to assemble instructions and precut to my exact measurements. |

I am waiting for a reply from Scott to get this right, but hopefully once we get over this minor mistake, it will be a great buy. Definitely worth the buy to prevent an accident on the stairs with mobility handicap people. |

I fell for a circular that invited us for a free steak dinner at the local Country Club to hear of the bargain of the year! The presenter was slick and as knowing as I thought I was I bought it the next day. almost seven weeks later a couple of "Cowboy" disheveled characters showed up and proposed to leave the lift without power for me to get it done! I chased them! and found your company on the net. |
