A Little About Myself Daughter of 89 year old with limited mobility |
Pros Game changer for smaller person. Chair has an infinite number of positions. Positions comfortably for napping, watching TV, or eating. The lift assist is a plus for transfers. Best of all is the size. My 5' mother is no longer lost in a chair too large for her. She can sit all the way back in the chair with her feet touching the ground. She can easily be propped to avoid tipping to the side. The chair is everything I hoped it would be. |
Cons Not really a problem for us but you do want to make sure there's enough room behind the chair when reclined or it hits the wall. I know other chairs have a feature that avoids this but the pros far outweigh the cons. |
Service & Delivery The delivery was as expected. The truck was too large to pull up to the end of the driveway as the home is in a very small cul de sac. The driver was very kind and brought the chair right to the door of our home. So far we have not had to service the chair. The salesperson was very helpful in answering questions before our purchase. |
The chair comes totally put together ready to use. Unfortunately for us it did not fit through the doorway of the room we wanted it in and we had to take the back off the chair. Directions on how to do so are very clear. With the right tools it was very simple to take off and put back on. |

A Little About Myself Small and petite, retired and limited disability |
Pros wonderful chair |
Cons I'm 5'1" and find the chair still on the big side. The "heat" feature doesn't get as warm as a heating pad. In addition, there is no shut off switch on the unit. I'm concerned the control box will burn out over time. I connected to a wall switch plug to prevent this from occurring. |
Service & Delivery The semi truck wasn't able to get close to our location. We had to drive 5 miles with a pick up truck, enlist the help of two men and pay them to retrieve the chair and deliver to my home.
Smaller delivery trucks for residential areas especially in FLORIDA. Many seniors don't have others that can assist them or pay the $40.00 to get help in delivery. |
I'm out $40 for a delivery since a semi can't get on roads in a city!!! |

A Little About Myself Wife of PSP Patient |
Pros Huge variety of positions. Very comfortable. Gives my husband more independence as he doesn't have to wait for someone to help him out of his chair. It was all that it was advertised to be. |
