Cons Make sure you have a knowledgeable plumber to install as aligning the drain with existing plumbing can be tricky. |
Service & Delivery I was very impressed with the quality of the shipping container. The tub was double boxed with a wood frame protecting the outer box. Tub shipped from Miami to New Jersey on-time and without a scratch! |
  This tub compares with similar walk-in tubs sold at the big-box stores. US Medical sells this unit for $1,000 less with the same 10 year warrantee. |

A Little About Myself Do it your selfer |
Pros Good door seal. Easy installation. Drain matches current plumbing fixture. |
Cons Tub dimensions are very misleading as inside bottom is only about 16 inches wide as opposed to the 24 inch top width. Customer service never responded about a question for repairing a chip. Should be able to speak directly to a rep that can help you, rather than waiting around for a call back (that may not happen). |
Overall happy but poor customer service. |
